Authentication & access
Accounts are protected with secure authentication, including sign-in with Google, and access is scoped to your account.
Data you control
You can delete jobs, candidates and interviews at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data.
Human in the loop
AI outputs are decision support, reviewed by people. You remain in control of every hiring decision.
Your responsibilities
When you upload resumes, transcripts or recordings, you are the controller of that data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices or consents to process candidate information, and for using the platform in line with applicable employment and privacy laws.
