Hyre Mate provides AI‑assisted recruitment tools, including job description generation, bulk resume parsing and scoring, interview scheduling, interview recording, transcript and audio analysis, and question generation. Features, limits and plans may change over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to process, or use the Service in violation of applicable employment, privacy or anti‑discrimination laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or to process data for unlawful purposes.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

4. Candidate data and your responsibilities

When you upload resumes, transcripts, recordings or other candidate information, you represent that you have a lawful basis and any required notices or consents to do so. You are the controller of that data; Hyre Mate processes it on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. AI outputs

AI‑generated scores, notes and questions are provided for decision support only. They may contain errors and must be reviewed by a human. You are solely responsible for hiring decisions and for ensuring they are fair and lawful.

6. Plans, fees and upgrades

The Service offers a free plan with monthly usage limits and paid plans available on request. Fees, if any, will be described at the time you upgrade. Custom plans are agreed separately.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Third‑party services

The Service integrates third‑party providers (for example Google sign‑in and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyre Mate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
